Thanks to everybody who attended, we hope you all go what you wanted from the workshop (and more!). Also thanks for the evaluations, we will be looking closely at them and making adjustments where needed.
Lose weight for 2009
Many of you may have thought about a resolution to keep fit/healthy for 2009 (apparently it's one of the most common new years resolution). Unfortunately over 90% of you will have gone back to doing your n
ormal fitness routine (if any) within 6 months.
Come along to one of our new 'Life Group's, which will be using a combination of therapy, education, theories and practical exercises (not the physical kind) to help you lose weight, and make changes to the way you view food, yourself and exercise.
The groups are expected to be held in St Austell, Bodmin and Truro, although if there are enough people (5 or more) wanting a group in a particular area on a particular date etc, then we will do our best to get one up and running for you. As always, the first group will be free, with refreshments provided. Otherwise each group will cost £15.00 for 2 hours. Of course there will be a concessionary rate for those on benefits, and this can be assessed on our first meeting.

Updated website
You may have noticed that the website was getting a bit old, I was unable to update it as my website provider had stopped supporting my previous website building software. I have been moving everything across to a new software and it will now be updated regularly. Ongoing Support have also purchased a subscription to iclipart for their artwork, and I am sure you will agree that the cartoons look great!
Please be patient if you do come across a 'under construction' page, I am re-doing the site bit-by-bit on a daily basis, so it shouldn't be too long before all pages are up and running.
Not sure which pages have been updated ... visit our calander to see new pages as I update them.
Any feedback on the site would be much appreciated, also if you think something is missing, or if you would like to add something (a link, article etc) please feel free to contact me.
